Jeśli jesteś odbiorcą hurtowym to, musisz porozumieć się z najbliższym zakładem przetwórczym i od nich odbierać cała partię produkcyjną, natomiast jeśli chcesz mieć małe ilości i tylko dla siebie to, zacznij wyrabiać wędliny sam.
