Szynka z indyka

Wczoraj sparzyłem szynke z udźca indyczego, po wstępnym sklasyfikowaniu zostało 1.6kg mięsa.

Przyprawy jakie dodalem to 16g peklosoli, gorczyca, kolendra i czosnek parzone w temp. 68-71st.

Aha dodałem około 0.2l - wycieku brak :grin:
